交通还是比较方便，二号线越秀公园D1出口上来直接就是酒店边门，去机场和火车站都很便捷。酒店比较旧，装修和布局都是以前样式，不过价格还算便宜。总体来说就是性价比的酒店。

My wife and I recently stayed at the China Hotel, A Marriott hotel while adopting our son. There were several things we really appreciated about this hotel, specifically as guests in a foreign country. First, the hotel has a great playroom on the 4th floor as well as a small outdoor playground in the 4th floor courtyard. We liked that the hotel has a few restaurants on the ground floor so you don't have to go outside to get food or snacks. The location is also very convenient and we enjoyed multiple walks in the park across the street as well as being able to easily walk to restaurants and stores.

I've stayed at a lot of Marriott properties and for being a "5 star" location, it feels very much like a high end motel. Staff don't read reservation notes, mobile check in means nothing as your room won't be ready when you actually arrive, it's a 50/50 chance the housekeeping request will actually be completed. We are gold members and while eating in the lounge we literally nearly had a plate of food that we were eating off of removed from the table because "breakfast hours were over". Additionally, the evening food isn't as wide ranging as other Marriotts I've stayed at and it's not very plentiful. Also, there aren't enough towels/bottles of water in the room for the number of registered guests. This is the only Marriott property in China that has told me I could only have 4 bottles of water a day. Etc, etc, etc. Also, this hotel supposedly focuses on families with Children, but they don't have the proper sleeping bedding for cribs (we received a pack and play for our 16 month old that had a rolled up bath towel for a pillow and a folded bath towel for a blanket) and has super old and dirty high chairs. Overall, if I was coming back to Guangzhou, I would stay at one of the other Marriott's in the area and skip the China hotel.

for a 5 star rated hotel service is slow. I have to wait half an hour just to fix my 'suddenly not working room key'. Not recommended to people who can afford this rate!

A huge hotel has few restaurants and many shops in the hotel building. My room was good. It is just next to the subway station.

By far the worst hotel to stay at for the canton fair. The level of inadequacy and incompetency is remarkable at this hotel. Poor English, horrible in room dining, expensive and mediocre restaurants that are understaffed and under trained. Get a closer hotel to the fair, prices are the same. Be warned, takes an hour to get back from the fair via bus due to horrible traffic.

Was there for a wedding dinner and stay for two nights. Room was spacious and clean. Well maintained for an old building. 7-11, McDonald's and Starbucks is just walking distance. The MRT is easy access and there are a few bus company to go around zhuhai and Hong Kong too.

A perfect hotel selection to make any Guangzhou trip the most enjoyable!
- easy transportation access to/from HK (bus & train),
- great overall location with great access to GZ parks,
- excellent updated hotel facilities including spa, studio, meeting rooms, bar, & super helpful business centre.

The local and western food and buffet selection was also excellent as were the rooms! Highly recommend this hotel that has managed continually provide premium overall value and service in the face of all the new international hotels recently established in Guangzhou.
