A very quiet, peaceful place. A small shop, a few street traders of locally produced foods but pleasantly in commercialised. The toilet facilities were unable and very welcome. The village itself has a collection of ancestral halls and their itinerant buildings which you can wonder around. They are up to five hundred years old, mostly in good condition but not over restored. Climb the hill through and behind the village to the relatively modern pagoda gives a wonderful view over the village and surrounding countryside. A lovely day out, well recommended.
