Older place, and the shops tend to be clothing based, and based on bartering. Better clothing shops are across the street, not in this mall. However, newer restaurants started coming in, and gave some better options to the area. Pretty extensive mall that reaches over to another section by a second floor bridge.

Older, small footprint shopping Centre now out-gunned and out-classed by the new Nova Centre opposite. The first three floors are still occupied but the top floors are empty.
