Not huge but not small and bright Apple Store, staff are helpful. And always full of customers.

Big apple store with dozens of employees. I came in here just to browse the products and fantasize about a day when I might actually be able to afford any of them. The staff where super friendly and polite. I would definitely come here again to actually purchase Macbook.

The only Apple Store in Shenzhen besides the other 4 Apple Stores in Hong Kong which is just across the border. Pretty big store overall, you can either enter the store through lower ground floor or through the staircase just outside exit A. There's also some tables and chairs outside for you to enjoy the waterfall and yes, the free wifi can be accessed from there.
