  Room stank of smoke and was noisy at all hours from street below. The bed had bed bugs. They made me pay for soap i didn't open or use, but i was late for airport. The security opened when he checked my room, I'm assuming it's a scam. Take photo of soap etc before leaving room

  酒店整體很乾淨、也很安靜, 進出湖邊觀景非常便利, 機場接機親切又安全。適合商務住宿,也適合旅遊度假, 基本上住西湖邊一天是不夠的,這次因為還有行程,只停留一天,有奌不足的感覺, 附近有很多景點都沒能仔細好好看看吶!
