(Raising Men And Women Without Limits)

The vision of Spirit Institute was given to God's servant Rev.T N Philip during a prayer time in his office. The Lord said "they that are led (taught) by the Spirit, are the sons of God". From thereon, the Lord began giving detail insight as to what He wants to accomplish on the Earth by the Spirit. The Lord said "until men are taught by the Holy Spirit, they can never walk in my ways and fulfill my desires for them", therefore the Lord said to His servant; "Go commence an Institute where men will be taught by My Spirit, teach them to walk in My ways - then they will live a life without limits...and fulfill My purpose in the earth..."

Spirit Institute is God's University for all who wants to experience God in in a supernatural way in every area of their lives.

(School Of The Word And The Prophetic)

“Raising men and women without limits”
When we hear the word 'ministry', our minds are drawn at once to the 5-fold (fivefold) offices; the apostle, prophet, teacher, evangelist or the pastor. Ministry however does not just end within the confines of the fivefold ministry.
Ministry is most definitely about what you have been brought forth to accomplish while on this earth.

AIM
- The purpose of this school is to call forth the destinies of young people (helping people to discover, receive and function fully in their God-given destinies)
- Helping people receive their God-given destinies
- Build a platform for posterity (laying a foundation for posterity)
- Equip and redirect people to the foundation of the Word of God
- Challenging individuals to live a life of faith based on the Word of God

THE PROPHETIC
Based on fulfilling the prophecy in Joel 2:28
And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons & your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions
The prophetic arm of this school seeks to teach and enable people to speak the Word of God over their lives and situations, just like Ezekiel revived the dry bones by speaking the Word of God (prophesying) and having them come back to life.
Every one created by God has a destiny to expand Gods kingdom. God’s kingdom is expanded by the Word of God (when it’s spoken). The prophetic arm of this institute seeks to call out the destinies of men and women and send them into the world to call out the destinies of others. Destiny in this instance has an entirely different connotation (it is not about securing a good house, having a good job...) but by ‘destiny’, we rather empower men and women and endow them with the ability to call out the destinies of others boldly no matter where we find ourselves.
Preaching and speaking the word of God is everyone’s destiny. As a business person, as a journalist, as a lawyer, speak the Word of God right where you are; that is what you are called for. When the world was in darkness and the Word was spoken and light shun and put out the darkness. We can never expand the kingdom of God without speaking the Word. The word of God is the surest prophecy anyone can every have.

THE WORD
People can only fulfill their God-given destinies when they return to the foundation of Word of God (returning to the way God made things to be originally). Calling people to return to the foundation of the Word of God. Faith has been reduced to fear because men have taken their eyes off from the Word of God and have placed it on circumstances or opinions which have been proven by the world (psychologists, scientists, philosophers, moralists, opinion leaders...)
The right way of Christian living is to seek from God how matters were handled in the past (according to the bible). The reason why we don’t experience the power of God is because we have replaced the standards set by God with the standards set by the world. Faith will be reduced to fear when we put our eyes on natural circumstances. The world is doing a lot of thinking because they have taken their eyes off from the Word of God. Peter had no option than to be worried with thoughts and calculative as soon as he took his eyes off from the focus – Jesus and set them on the natural circumstances surrounding him.
To walk on the ‘water of the world’, we must set our eyes on (go back to) the Word of God’
The kingdom came to exist through the word. Jesus introduced the kingdom by speaking the word - ‘the Kingdom of God is at hand’. Demonstrating a lifestyle of faith proves the strength of God’s word and when the world sees this, they give glory to the Father and are encouraged themselves to follow. The world will not glorify the Father until we have proven God’s Word as true by living according to it.
~~men and women from all walks of life are challenged to live their lives based on God’s word, calling out the destinies in people and releasing them to do likewise, that is discipleship.
