Societe Civil Immobiliere Simalkam is a dynamic real estate company based in Yaounde (and Kribi), in the Centre Region of the Republic of Cameroon. We provide a wide range of real estate services such as land matriculation, parceling of large estates of land into various sizes, including developing a suitable plan for the area, as well as creating roads that make the land more financially viable to the owners and prospective property buyers. We also provide property management services.As part of our portfolio, we own or manage landed property in various areas particularly the Kribi area, where the government is in the process of building a multi-terminal deep sea port, the first in Central Africa. This will also include a huge industrial complex covering 26,000 hectares of land in an investment exercise which is likely destined to challenge Douala’s position as Cameroon’s economic capital in the long term definitely, if not in the short term, thus driving the recent surge in property investment in Kribi.While we are based in Yaounde, our activities extend to the various regions in Cameroon, particularly Kribi, Douala, Limbe and Bamenda.
