  The bakery area is almost always crowded. You need to keep your bag outside if you have to enter the supermarket area. Thier pastries were just ok. Nothing special. The staff at the bakery look tired and worn out and slow with unsmiling faces.

  I stopped by in August to get some bits and pieces on my way back to Douala. Good diversity of stock I got everything I needed. However on my way out I noticed that the cashier was not friendly at all and lacked basic customer service skills. Further training is definitely required for cashiers at Santa Lucia.

  Great place for a bit of shopping. Their upstairs has grown and now even more things are available. Also, their take-out food is very good.
