I have stayed at this location 2 years in a row and my experience here has not changed. The apartments here are not well maintained. It's like they don't care if things are in working order or not. You would think that before a new guest moves in they would make sure everything is in working order but to my amazement they do not. You have to chase after them to get things done. The place needs painting the finish is substandard and items missing. I will definitely not stay here again. There are better options that are located downtown like the Residence Le Carat which I visited and is ten times better. I would not recommend this place.
