  the worst accor hotel i ve been, moisture everywhere , old very old furniture, poor food and high price, no airport shuttle (they asked me to take a taxi and they will pay him)..

  Clean rooms but poor customer service. I decided not to stay here and went to SAWA where I paid less money for a better n pleasant service.

  For an international chain hotel this is very disappointing. Old rooms, not renovated for decades, damp smelling corridors, lift access requiring luck to work. Best part is the lobby and outside area, but bar ran out of all draft beer, really not the standard expected from a Pullman hotel.

  Restaurant very good. Staff very friendly. The only downside was that the rooms are very old and need revamping.

  This hotel reminds you of hotel out of '80s.. and has facilities of that era. Saving grace is a nice wood fired pizza restaurant by the pool. Rooms are small, but clean. This place has no gym (my main grouse).

  Great place. Excellent for business travelers who want to relax after a days hard work. Make sure you try out the poolside restaurant. They have a number of culinary delicacies. Has a tie up with a gym and a tennis court but they are not present in the hotel premises.
