Service is sometimes very very slow here, certainly due to the number of people present. Sometimes one has to wait for hours, even for a small inquiries. Main issue is that whether you come to buy something or to ask a question or to buy a sim card, you are assigned to the same waiting line. Nonetheless, once your turn has reached service is quite fast and reliable. To be improved.
