Excellent Customer Service. Swimming pool. Great for family vacation. The hotel has a great beach and restaurant that is close to the ocean, great food and quality drinks

Very bad services, the restaurant is most of the time close between 2pm and 7pm and there is no laundry service.

Update: we gave the hotel a second chance and things have improved quite a bit. The rooms are nicer; the staff is friendlier; the service is great; and we are well taken care of. I highly recommend this place.

Excellent landscape, nice hotel. The restaurant is expensive and the portions not at all generous. A small advocate or tomato salad costs almost 5€ although the ingredients are ridiculously cheap and in abundance in the region.

The hotel itself is decent and has nice rooms. The customer service however will leave you wandering how this place is still in business. First of all, the receptionist was rude to us when we tried to check in and implied that we should get a second room for our 18-month old infant as the room has a limit of 2 persons. Secondly, they charged us an exorbitant amount for a couple of ounces of milk for the infant. Third, the owner literally yelled at us for stopping by the entrance to drop off my wife and the sleeping child. Finally and worst of all, we did not feel wanted at this establishment as the service given to Caucasians was better.
