Hope for Youth Network (HOYONet) creates awareness and motivates youths especially at-risk youth who have been abandoned or abused to develop their personal skills and to make a positive change in their lives, families and communities. HOYONet connects with village heads and leaders of already established youth groups in the communities to identify concretely the needs of the young people.
