My experience hiking with HADY was one of the highlights of my time in Cameroon. I was surrounded by a stunning landscape and could just enjoy hiking because HADY took care of the rest. The entire trip was so well organized, the food was delicious and hit the spot after a full day trekking. I highly recommend a hike with HADY- do not leave Cameroon without doing it!

This is the most amazing guiding service I ever had in the South West Region of Cameroon and located in Buea. I was opportune as a researcher on Mount Cameroon to be assisted by Hady Guiding Services. The porters and guides are very honest, reliable, entertaining, and ensure morethan sufficient supply of food and Hospitality during active tours. I strongly recommend this service for anyone planning a trip to the South West Region of Cameroon. Cheers!

My group did a 3 day hike on Mount Cameroon in July. From setting up our trip with Walters and Hillary to our wonderful guides and porters, HADY Guiding Services was a great organization to work with. Our guide, Henry, and our porters, Smith (our wonderful cook), Rodah, Stephen, Ivo, and Nelson, were a fun group to hike with. They made our hike an entertaining and memorable one! On Day 1, we hiked to Hut 2 which took 7-8 hours, stopping at Hut 1 and Intermediate Hut for short breaks. Days 2 and 3 consisted of hiking to the Summit and then back down to Buea. If you plan to hike Mount Cameroon, be sure to wear hiking boots, bring layered clothing as it can get very cold, pack plastic bags to put items in especially if planning to hike during the rain season, and of course, a camera or phone to take lots of pictures! It was a mentally and physically exhausting trip, but it was an amazing experience and one that anyone visiting Buea should partake in. Working with HADY enhanced our hiking experience and I highly recommend arranging a tour with them, you won’t regret it!!!

Was doing a 1-day hike with the aim to get to the top - Hady were up to the challenge and gave me Smith as a guide who was ready to do it. Was able to keep a good pace for us and was a great companion for the hike. Unfortunately my legs didn't feel as good on the way to hut 3 so I got only to about 3400m altitude, but nevertheless it was a great day. I think my favorite part was up to the intermediate hut as afterwards the way up is fine but getting back down was really challenging as the mountain is just so damn steep all the time!

HADY Guides took my friend and I to the summit of Mt. Cameroon and beyond. It was an amazing journey and an excellent experience. We were fed amazing food and got to see the incredible volcanic landscape on the backside of the mountain. I would recommend HADY guides to anyone looking to have an outdoor adventure.

During my three year term of service as a Peace Corps Volunteer, I trekked with my best friend up Mt. Cameroon in 2014 for a three day tour. As a novice hiker, I didn’t know what to expect and was not the athletic type. Nevertheless, Mt. Cameroon is a must see when you visit Cameroon. In light of this, we did our research and booked our trip with, the paramount hiking group in Cameroon, HADY!!
They provided the best price, food, and professional service ever!! All of our needs were met and we gained wonderful insights about the mountain’s terrain. This group is the best of the best and no other trekking group can compare.
Not only does this organization provide you with optimal service, HADY uses their profits from each tour to implement community service projects and finance their personal endeavors of obtaining an undergraduate degree.
I would absolutely recommend booking a tour with HADY. You will definitely have a memorable experience and an excellence trip with these awesome tour guides!!!!

I recently hiked Mt. Cameroon, reaching the summit, with the amazing and wonderful guidance of HADY Guiding Services. We could not have done it without their guidance and support. What a great group of porters and guides to share the experience with! They were very well-equipped and prepared and knew the terrain. I highly recommend HADY Guiding Services if you are thinking of a Mt. Cameroon hike.

Had an amazing 3 day adventure with the great guides from Hady! From start to finish they were professional, friendly, and made sure me and my group were comfortable, hydrated, well fed, and laughing. I hiked the mount Cameroon with these guys. It was a wonderful experience. They communicated through walkytalkies about the progression and weather, so they could make wise decisions about going on (or not, in my case because of the heavy rain). The guys are professional and know what to do in every situation. It was a great experience!
