Great estate with nice ambience to raise a family
Great place for working professional class folks to rent a 3-4 bedroom house with a yard in a safe community in the 90-110,000 KSH/month range. Expect to struggle with the management company and utilities. Invest in backup systems like inverter/battery and water storage.
It's a long commute from most goods and services in Nairobi, but families with children in schools to the north like Rosslyn find it affordable and close enough. Kiambu Rd is the only way to get into the city, and it clogs up easily. Village Market and Two Rivers mall are both ~30 min away.
The best residing location for middle class
Private and spacious houses. Ideal for families
Very serene and well maintained but little off route at this time but it will be a prestigious address in near future.
Tranquil and peaceful neighbourhood. Developer gave homeowners a rather raw deal but homeowners have turned it into a comfortable residential and living environment
A very beautiful estate located on the outskirts of Nairobi. Good security. I like the way it's a gated community subdivided into courts
Pretty nice estate
The houses and architecture looked nice
But the road to the estate is terrible
It's serene and gives a countryside feel yet just minutes away from the city centre.
Beautiful Estate. Great place to live. Main road is run-down tough.
