  We sell emergency vehicles in the U.S. and I received a solicitation for a multi-vehicle deal from someone claiming to be a Senator in the Republic of Cameroon. The requests seemed odd, they were asking for money to process our paperwork, and the "law firm" he asked me to use didn't come up in any web searches. I felt it was a scam but the deal was so promising that I needed to do more research.
  
  I emailed the Citadel Law Firm and asked if the paperwork fees were legitimate. In less than an hour their Managing Partner Gael Tchouba emailed me back and said that it was indeed a scam, and to stop all communications immediately. He could have easily ignored my email, but instead he helped me right away. I am extremely grateful to Mr. Tchouba and would highly recommend their firm to anyone seeking to do business in Cameroon.
