  Willhouse has a very homemade feel and appears like a treehouse on the ground. The bunks are 3-high in the dorms so be aware of that if you are afraid of heights. The staff are very friendly and the common area has fireplaces to warm the room. Cheapest hostel in all of Pucon!

  Kitchen was great and beds were quite comfy. Bathroom nearest our room was hopeless and water only got lukewarm. Not the greatest atmosphere. Cheap though so not bad on a budget.

  The location is great. But the place is very dirty. Water wets the floor (carpet) anytime someone is taking a shower.
  The kitchen is a mess.
  All the place is smelly.
  Pros: good location, nice staff.
  But you don't get the value for the money. Worst hostel we've been in.
  We cancelled the next night reservation. Needed to pay 8%, though we were chunked and stung by bed bugs.

  Very dirty, smelly. No hot water. Bugs in the beds. No windowless. Too expensive.

  Good hostel. Nice and clean rooms. Good wifi and always hot water. Recommended!
