Comfortable room, great view to the lake, friendly and helpful staff. It's not so close to Pucón downtown but there buses in front of the hotel every 10 minutes.

It is for sure one of the best hotels I've visited. The rooms are really big and clean. The atmosphere it ia great thanks to the wooden structures. Amazing

Fui a un matrimonio durante todo un día (13:30 a 00:30hrs) bastante cómodo, buen servicio en especial la comida. El personal muy atento. Lo más especial es la vista que entrega el hotel hacia el lago, así como también como se integra en su exterior al contexto con sus jardines y materiales propios del sector.

A very nice hotel with beautiful views of Lake Villarica. I can't speak to the value since I was there on a reward trip paid for by my friend's company.

The only thing that is a bit of a drawback is that it's not within walking distance to anything. However, the buses are cheap and come by often to take you to either Villarica or Pucon (I prefer the latter).
