  A really great hotel situated on the winelands near Millahue. The hotel staff were friendly, professional and very helpful.
  
  We took the full board option which was really handy as we did not see any other dining options nearby (though we did not try to find options either).
  
  The vineyards offered many hiking, horse back riding and mountain biking options. There was also a nice pool plus sauna and gym options. We spent a very relaxing morning at the spa.
  
  The food was good. Lunch and dinner included wine pairings.
  
  The only negative from a food perspective was the Vina Vik only makes red blends. The food pairing with the red blend did not always work well.

  Excelente en todos los aspectos. Servicio de primer nivel. Comida chilena en version gourmet. El vino es espectacular. Habitaciones diseñadas en forma unica. La vista desde el hotel hacia el valle es imoresionante. El tour por la bodega y cava es muy entretenido, finaliza con una sesion de cata a cargo de la enologa. Se pueden hacer paseos a caballo, a pie etc.

  Awful experience! Do not be misled by the modern architecture. The place is pretensious and overpriced, as the wines they produce. Not worth half of the price. The restaurant is careless with the food and service. Decoration of rooms is awkward and of bad quality and taste. Rooms are noisy and lack comfortable furniture. Air conditioning does not work. To have a shower, you will soak the whole bathroom, as there is no glass or curtain. Be prepared to hear a lot of excuses, while you get stressed during your stay. Interestingly, the huge property has several acres of dead vines, which they see as normal. The place is located some 30km away from where waze and Google maps indicate. Dirt rocky roads and some luck will take you there, if you feel like experiencing it yourself after all.
