  Lugar elegante con atención personalizada. La atención es mediante cita concertada previamente. El costo de sus productos es de moderado a alto. Sin embargo, bien vale la pena. El servicio por parte del personal es muy buena y paciente. Sin duda saldrás contento con lo que quieres. Cuenta también con estacionamiento propio, y al rededor hay estacionamiento cercano al lugar.

  Hemos tenido una hermosa experiencia con Verónica Hecht, mi esposo (en ese momento Pololo) encargo mi anillo de compromiso Orión modificado y las argollas de matrimonio utilizando joyas de la familia de valor sentimental, lo que fue una sorpresa aún más hermosa.
  Realmente les agradesco la belleza de su trabajo. Se nota que aman lo que hacen y me han hecho doblemente feliz.
  Realmente recomendado.

  So happy to find this place. I had a really pleasant experience purchasing both an engagement ring and a wedding band. I was able to look through as many different styles of rings without feeling any pressure to close the deal, in fact I stayed over an hour, which was my biggest concern because I hate places that you know they're just looking at their watch waiting for you to buy. The prices were competitive and for the quality I think beats most other jewelers in Santiago. The owner is also the designer for many of their rings and I really liked the unique styles she offered. Really a gem of a find, highly recommended.

  Be careful with this jeweler. They sold a ring to my husband as 100% platinum and the ring was tested in the United States with less than 90% platinum. My husband personally contacted Veronica Hecht to try to resolve the problem but no one responded. Then, we filed a complaint with Sernac and all of a sudden, they responded to my husbands complaint. Although they responded, Arie is making it almost impossible to find a solution. I do not recommend this jeweler.
  
  So, my now husband got my engagement ring at Veronica Hect Joyas in September of 2016. They sold him the ring as if it were 100% platinum. Well, as I am in the United States and needed the get the ring sized by another jeweler, I did just that. When the ring came back to me, the jeweler said that the ring was less than 90% platinum. I personally took the ring to a jeweler that has a machine that scans the jewelry and it shows up every percentage of metal that's in the piece of jewelry. This company also told me that the ring has less than 90% platinum. I had written a bad review months ago as Veronica Hecht wasn't helpful with the complaint filed through Sernac and Arie personally called me and asked to take down the review and told me that he would make me another ring when I was in Chile this December. Well, I contacted Arie last night and now he's telling me that he is going to test the ring himself and it's going to take 2 weeks for the test to come back. I don't have two weeks. This company knows that they are lying about the quality of their jewelry and I'm very disappointed.

  Excelente! me atendieron muy bien, servicio personalizado y muy preocupados por dar la solución correcta, se lo recomiendo a cualquiera que esté a punto de dar el paso o quiera hacer un regalo y no sepa mucho (nada) de joyas (como yo). Gracias!

  Siempre es difícil comprar una joya. No obstante, la belleza de las creaciones y la gentileza de las ejecutivas comerciales, junto con oportunos y claros consejos, hacen que comprar joyas en Verónica Hecht sea una experiencia memorable.

  Tuve el placer de conocer a Verónica personalmente. Muy amable y realmente 100% al servicio de sus clientes. Quedé con una joya realmente preciosa y de alto nivel. Ya sé dónde buscar joyas en la próxima ocasión que la amerite.
