Perfect stay in Pucon! The hostel has a great outdoor patio area, an indoor common area, a nice kitchen and a lovely atmosphere! It is super clean and has very comfortable beds. Talk to the owners, they are amazing people! Stay here and you won't be disappointed!!! :)

Good service and friendly staff. Very cool environment. Kitchen and toilets are nice and clean. Main issues was the unstable internet connection and that my bed side lamp was not working. Paid 7500 pesos for the 10 people dorm.

This is one of the best hostels in Pucón! It's very central, as it's one block away from the O'higgins street and is directly al lado of the supermarket eltit. The owners Berna and Oscar are 2 crazy fellas who are open to anybody who likes to go to a near bar and/or disco and get a drink or two.
Apart from all that you can play ping pong or with the dog peti, watch netflix and get a cheap Escudo or Heineken from the bar!
All in all it's a super hostel to find like-minded backpackers in a great environment! 5 out of 5, I do recommend!response / report this review -

Oscar and the other staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. The bar has cheap drinks and you can get to anywhere in Pucon from the Hostel. Ended up staying a few more days because it was such a cool place. Holds my highest recommendation and is the best place we stayed in Chile.

Stayed for two nights in December 2016. Loved the spread out, compound-style set up. Lots of space indoors and outdoors to relax/eat/plan/nap.
The kitchen was awesome! It's big, tons of room to cook. And it's super well stocked. Free coffee and tea available all day + assorted fruit in the morning. There is a full service bar and they don't allow outside drinks, but prices are within reason (3,000 for a bottle of wine).
Stayed one night in the four-bed dorm and moved into the eight-bed dorm the second night. Only had one other occupied bed. Everything still looked and felt very new. Beds were comfortable. Large bathrooms with plenty of sinks and showers. Hot water was hot. WiFi was steady.

Mala experiencia experiencia ya que cuando lo contratamos dijeron que era un lugar acogedor para la familia con niños lo cual no es así no es grata la habitación es que al menos nos entregaron ni siquiera había un asiento donde sentarse donde sentar a los niños muy desordenado no es recomendado para las personas que van con niños chico no me gustó horriblemente mal o más encima sin WiFi también la señora que nos Atendió sólo turistas extranjeros agente chilena
