  It is a messy and icy terminal being that much of the year is cold. The buses are parked outside where they want to avoid paying the crockery, carabineros does nothing. The direct bus from Santiago does not arrive, which was very useful. There are many families there until the merchant helps you to bring things. There is no cafeteria or where to buy inside. Dirty miners throw out their trash no matter where. Only a person in charge of cleaning and micreros do not help. Limited time to Puerto Montt if you do not plan on leaving before 20:30, nothing else happens between Fresia and Puerto Montt. They should extend the schedule or leave only one large bus at 11pm for the last people. Bad service!

  Terminal has nothing. It is more a winery where the buses are. Many buildings for so little. It does not provide any function. It was money badly spent. If it were not, it would be the same.

  Bastante vacío, generalmente la gente no toma locomoción desde el lugar, a no ser que vivas desde donde está ubicado el terminal hacia abajo. Le falta mucho por implementar.

  lugar muy rural faltan restaurantes e infraestructura para el turista, pero site gusta el campo y los lugares rusticos esta excelente.
