Los baños son caros y no hay muchos lugares para sentarse. Los tacos que se forman a la entrada son horribles.
Services like bathrooms are very expensive to be a public place and the traffic jams are horrible. It can take you 20 minutes to get into the bus terminar when you come in the mornings. Be careful with your bags.

the place is the point of connection to practically go anywhere in the country. but its very small and it's usually crowded. ask for help if you are a foreigner so you don't get lost. watch your back pack and your phone, same if you use the metro.

Overcrowded and disorganised. Quiet hard to find where you need to be so give yourself a lot of time before your bus. Toilets cost 300 and cleanliness isn't thier forte, but it does the job. Watch out for your belongings - especially on the main street of O'higgins, we were almost victims of the 'cream' scam where somebody pours liquid of some sort (in our case it was mustard mixed with some sort of brown liquid) and somebody offers to clean you up if you take your bags off. If you're foolish enough, you'll never see those bags again. So walk fast and ignore everyone until you get to the bus station!

Not very nice, too crowded and not well organized, also, the surroundings get busy since its not big enough for the quantity of bases and routes. Look out for your stuff too.

Buses to everyplace in Chile and over the mountains to Argentina.

Well organized once you figure it out. Allow a few extra minutes the first time because the buses do leave ontime.

Restaurants, stores, and a currency exchange make it easy to do your final things before leaving Santiago.
