  It was pretty dirty, dead frogs and leaves in the pools. The biggest pool was not filled with water :/ the best thing about this place was probably the food, I eat the rost chicken with rice. The others who were with me eat the fish, which looked like it was made the day before, the potatoes were soggy and the the fish was tough.

  STOP!!! Do not waste your money here! This place is;
  *DANGEROUS
  *DIRTY
  *DILAPIDATED
  
  THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN UNTIL IT IS SAFE AND IN BETTER WORKING CONDITION.
  
  ~We made the mistake of not reading the reviews before we booked, no way would we have gone if we did.
  
  We signed up for with Trancura activities and excursions in Pucon, to come here at the night time option, 9pm - 11pm. It costs 14,000 CP per person for this and we felt ripped off not long after arriving!
  
  Firstly it felt like the place had closed down or we were visiting after hours when we shouldn't have been. The feeling you get when you go somewhere you're not supposed to, which isn't nice or reassuring.
  There seemed to be just 2 people working here. I don't know when this place was built but it looks like it was from the 80s and not been updated since.
  The place isn't being looked after and it's like nobody can be bothered to make an effort with anything here almost like they're waiting for it to close permanently BUT still taking people's money for little in return?
  No relaxing atmosphere, no calming environment, no soothing music anywhere and we certainly didn't get what we were sold on.
  It's quite dirty and messy but worst of all several of the pools were completely drained and empty making them unusable. The big main pool was taped off so we couldn't use it and others were half full. Most of the waterfalls and other water features were turned off, a very sad vibe and extremely disappointing!
  The inside pools are partially lit leaving some areas with poor visibility. The outside had virtually no lighting making it very DANGEROUS! It was hard to see where you were going and hard to see how to get in and out of the pools especially as it's all dark concrete. This place is in a sad state and quite pathetic. We weren't told about any of this and after about 15 minutes we were ready to leave despite having paid for 2 hours. If we could have gotten our money back we would have. We wasted our money, don't make the same mistake, go to a different thermal pool and have a nice time.

  We went on a 2 hour stay at night (20:00 to 22:00). It was great. One could watch the star very clearly at night while floating in the hotsprings.

  The pools we're great but the place was dirty and it affected the experience. They charge 10,000 CLP admission fees and it's easy to get there by Uber (about 15 mins away from Pucon)

  Un lugar muy completo: Buenas piscinas para el relajo, spa, restaurante y bar. Además tienes la opción del canopy que es muy completo y emocionante. Usé un baño que tenía un olor vomitivo, espero no sea constante en el tiempo

  Excelente lugar, estacionamientos cerca, varias piscinas techadas y la temperatura del agua es perfecta para los niños, además de tener una piscina para gente aduktavque le guste nadar, lo único que no me gustó es que los vestidores están un poco lejos y el trayecto de ida o vuelta es un poco helado.

  Gran variedad de piscinas, bonito lugar, pero dicen ser naturales y no lo son, falta de limpieza notoria y mala atención, dan un tipo de información por teléfono y al llegar allá dan otra distinta.

  El lugar es muy bonito en cuanto a diseño y espacios grandes pero lo en cuanto a temperatura del agua es no es muy buena y lo principal es el bajo porcentaje de minerales que es notorio

  Termas cercanas al centro de Pucón, aprox 31 km, agradable lugar, se recomienda llevar alimentos, y agua caliente para un té o café, la cafetería solo atiende hasta las 17:00 horas. Al salir de las termas todo el servicio de cafetería esta cerrado. Creo que debiesen dar énfasis en esa falencia.

  Excelentes piscinas, fácil acceso. En lugar es muy acogedor, con una hermosa recepción. Quizás mejorar el paso desde camarines a las piscinas, uno termina entumido. Pero en general son muy acogedoras.

  Buen lugar,sería mejor aún si hubiera más preocupación por limpieza en general y que la cafetería funcionará mejor,pierden dinero sin darse cuenta,el lugar es Maravilloso!!!Su entorno y las piscinas un siete.

  Lindas, hermosa vista, agradables piscinas y bello paisaje, solo falta un poco más adeo en los servicios higiénicos y que funcione mejor la cafetería, porque el lugar es muy lindo.

  Recibes lo que pagas.
  
  Por $10.000 no creo que haya algo mejor. Es bastante barato en comparación a las demás termas, las cuales usualmente superan los $15.000.
  
  El espacio es agradable, aunque un poco reducido, lo cual hace que parezca más pequeño de lo que ya es, lo bueno es que en vez de tener 2 piscinas grandes, tiene 14 distribuidas en todo el espacio, lo que evita que toda la gente este amontonada en una sola piscina.
  
  En general es bastante buena y conveniente, el único punto en contra es el mal olor que hay en la entrada del edificio y en el hall, el cual es parecido a la caca de gato y se vuelve a ratos insoportable. Las piscinas no tienen olor.

  Muitas piscinas dentro e fora. Água quente mesmo só dentro, as outras são todas mornas. Muita gente talvez pela proximidade de Pucon (meia hora) ou pelo valor que foi o menor que encontramos. Parece um clube.
