I am just now in the Hotel: The room is dark, parts of the cabinet doors broken, Wifi is too slow to use Skype. (After complaints at the desk hotel technician introduced an additional device in the floor and it is ok.)
The price I am paying for to days: 797 Euro - without "all inclusive", that means: the price is for room, breakfast and spa.
I think the hotel room is overpriced by a factor of four.response / report this review -

Finally google found the correct location! Best of the best in the South of Chile, since almost 14 years i´m enjoying their hot springs & their legendary service , beautiful landscapes , excellent food service, a well sorted cellar . A really "must" in Chile, absolutely recommended, trust me, you`ll not regret :)
