  An unbelievable lovely place to relax not too far from Pucón. They have a good casino with a bonfire inside, where you can stop for a hot drink or food (I had the pumpkin soup w/homemade bread and was sooo yummy) beautifully organised pools surrounded by green, designed for you to unwind and enjoy the nature. There are facilities such as: toilets and changing rooms pretty much everywhere and also lockers where you can leave your bags.
  The one and only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because there was an issue related to health and safety, I'm talking specifically about the lack of safety in the entrance on the "hill" side of the path where the wooden path begins. My mum (64 yrs old) slipped and fell, because she didn't have anything to hold her hand with, this area is a bit dangerous specially to younger and elderly people.

  Absolutly incredible, but very hard to get to. If you have a good vehicle and planty of time and money (very expensive) it is an absolute must see. Truly Magical.

  Awesome and beautiful. Staff is constantly measuring temperature and listing it on every pool. It's an interesting yet simple infrastructure in a beautiful and magical natural setting. The cafeteria serves nice soup and sandwiches. It is pricy, but it's worth the experience.

  This IS paradise on earth! It has to be one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen in my life! It's so relaxing and so beautiful you're just really amazed. Wow. It has toilets, changing rooms and they provide you with a lock for a locker and a towel. There are many different "pools" with different temperatures ranging from +6C° to +46C°. There is also a restaurant that sells pizzas and sandwiches. Top ten in the world. The beauty was even impossible to catch on camera :)

  Absolutely amazing! By far the best hot springs I've ever visited. The entire hot spring complex sits in a narrow volcanic valley with waterfalls and a river running quite literally through the middle of it. The esthetics and architecture compliment the canyon so well giving it a sense of perfect feng shui. Get here before noon (they open at 11 am) and pay the discounted entrance fee of 22,000 pesos (versus 25,000 full price) and also avoid most of the crowds during the afternoon. Despite what another reviewer said the lockers are actually quite good. They give you a towel and lock with your ID as a deposit with your entry fee. The keys have an elastic band that fit perfectly around your wrist making it really convenient. The last 15 km or so of the road to the not springs is unpaved, but totally drivable for virtually any type of car - though there are a couple sections where you need to take it slow. This is a must visit if you're in the Pucon region!

  One of the most amazing places I've ever visited. To have a hot bath while raining in a river down a volcano it is simply magic.

  Termas = 10. Infrastructure of the place = 5. Lockers are a joke. Security folks are incompetent. Our keys were stolen - thankfully not our stuff. Guards are there only to charge you extra when your keys get stolen. Not helpful at all. Shame such a gem of a place is so badly managed. Ah Road to get there is a nightmare too. Be advised.

  Really great place with 20 or so pools. The place blends perfectly into the surrounding. At the entrance you get towels and they are several places where you can change or go to the toilet. Near the entrance there is also a nice restaurant with an open fireplace which serve good food and drinks. Highly recommended!

  Great thermal baths with a huge range of temperatures. It's a bit of a drive over unsealed roads, probably advisable to have a 4 wheel drive car if it's wet.

  Very beautiful place. A bit far from the city but worth it. Must to visit place. Usually not very much crowded so you can cherish the beauty of nature while enjoying the hot springs.

  A must go if you are in the area, it's definitely worth the ride there, a beautiful relaxing place to spend the whole day . You have many pools, I think probably more than 10, with different temperatures, clean facilities, a nice cafeteria area, and the whole walk ends in a spectacular (yet very cold!) waterfall!
