Very unprofessional and dishonest motorcycle shop. I ordered some spare parts for my KTM 1190 adventure and never got delivered, regardless the fact that they confirmed they received those. Wasted a lot of time trying to communicate with the workshop dept and the service help desk, which were both unreliable. Basically they will tell you everything to make you come and buy from their shop, even if they can t deliver. I had to stay one extra night in Puerto Montt to have my bike fixed, which of course never got fixed. When I left the shop, I realised they screwed up and tried to get a refund and they blamed me instead, saying that "I already left the shop". Any form of communication with the supervisors after this was useless. Never replied to any of my emails. Went there after I went to a real mechanic (which confirmed they never did they job too) to fix my issue and they still refuse to refund me, even with all evidences provided. They also overcharged me of roughly 15000clp for an spare part which they actually took from a bike they had in the shop (obviously because they never obtained the original spares from ktm). Apparently they can t order spare parts from KTM Santiago anymore because they have overdue payments with them.
BEWARE OF THESE GUYS PEOPLE!!
I also spoke with other bikers that had bad experiences with this dodgy shop as well.
