It is a good spot to enjoy lunch or dinner with the view! Food is average and the service ok (you have to be proactive). But beyond everything, is the "all" that makes a perfect visit Hope to do it again in winter time 😎

Stayed here in the summer. Very cozy little ski lodge. Food is quite good, but expensive. Private rooms as well as classic ski lodge bunk rooms. Dorm rooms are affordable on backpackers budget. Views are incredible from the Refugio. Good WiFi. Easy to get here by car from Puerto Varas (1 hour 15 min.) Public transport is harder. For public transport take the Thaeb purple or pink line from puerto Varas to Ensenada. Then go to COPEC gas station and ask for Rodrigo (only guy in town with a taxi) He will drive you to the Refugio for 5,000 CLP, or you can hitch hike the 5.5 miles up to the Refugio.

A super place to stop when in the locality whether you are skiing or visiting the area around Osorno volcano. There is a ski lift to take you up to snow level and a cafe which is warm, welcoming, serves food and .drinks and has a gift shop for souvenirs - Free wifi and a large car park

Outstanding spot. Great for a visit or stay, especially in Winter. Lovely food. Comfy refuge accommodation, with a twist.

Ate some completos and had a drink. Great place to chill after climbing up to the ski lift. Excellent views of the volcano and the lake below.

Basic ski lodge with range of bedding options at reasonable prices. Very good food and service. Shower/bathrooms could use some cleaning and maintenance. Great location with great views (if there is visibility).
