They don't have their phone updated, or they simply don't answer, they are a great need and indispensable, so it would be good if they responded to the service they advertise.

Mostly good. I wish they were 24/7, but they aren't. In general, good service and reasonably fast.

Don't be fooled by other reviews. They only talk about the service itself, it is not so difficult to take passengers and drive them to where they want, but to get the service? It's been 5 times in a row that nothing is available, no matter the time. Also they only take you to the center and they don't bring you from the center, which is a half service and then they complain that Ubers and other things take customers away from them, do they have only 5 people driving that the waiting time is 30 minutes? At this time when normal taxis are always full, it should be a more viable option, but it is not. The service itself is good because it's simple, but either they don't answer or they don't have anything.
