I am not a big fan of buying stuff in malls or supermarkets, but this place has tons of things, from food to books, glasses, clothing, hardware, etc. Its location is convenient for people from inner cities like Villa Alemana or Limache, whom in the past had to travel to Quilpué or Viña del Mar to get similar goods.
