  Muy ordenada, limpia y con impecables áreas verdes. Sus piletas bien mantenidas y limpias, sus baldosas renovadas y sus áreas de circulación bien demarcadas de las áreas verdes hacen que sea una plaza de armas acorde a una capital regional como Talca.
