Lovely plaza to walk around in Santiago, very historic. I would recommend taking the walking tour with La Bicicleta Verde to get some additional context as well.

A popular place with tourists, plenty of bars and restaurants around. Cheap jewelry sold by, supposedly, their creators in a semi organized market on the side walks.
