This is THE precise spot if you're a "green friendly" traveller looking for a big ol' puff of air. Just ask any skateboarder and you'll find what you're looking for. Probably the dirtiest public bathrooms in Chile, no real reason to visit this spot unless you've got an empty pipe to fill ;) Valparaiso in and of itself is no glamour, it stinks and it's dangerous.
