  It is a well located place for rendezvous and taking public transportation. There are a few cafes and bars around. But it is run down, noisy, dirty, and full of crazy people at night.

  Buen punto de referencia para llegar a varios lugares de Valparaíso. Con algunos buenos locales cerca para comer y algunas librerías que valen la pena.

  Pequeña plaza rodeada de cafés, bares y restaurantes. Es concurrida y no mantiene muy limpia. Además, por estar cerca a una calle de tránsito regular de transporte público, el ruido es insoportable.

  It's alright. Small plaza for rendezvous with friends. It's extremely busy with all the cars and busses driving by constantly. But you have a good access here to a trendy part of town and various walks you can take take to admire the street art. That on the other hand is worth more than 5 stars.
