Good breakfast buffet (for a 3.5ish star hotel), very comfy beds, clean and good size bedroom and good shower. Laundry return in the same day is superb!

Pleasant lake view and friendly staff. Attentive reception staff.
Good buffet breakfast til 10.30am. Very sensible. Not much to do inside though on a rainy day. But a good excuse to relax. Being an English speaker I couldn't find an English programme on T.V. BBC World would be good. My room is okay. Nothing special but the bed is comfortable and there is plenty of hot water and some nice toiletries. I found the location fine. Limpio y completo, pero vale la mitad de lo que cuesta.
La pieza y el baño eran pequeños, pero estaba todo impecable. El desayuno era muy completo y rico.
La razón por la que creo que vale la mitad de lo que cuesta es porque la aislación de sonido de las piezas era muy mala (la puerta estaba descuadrada y quedaba un espacio de app 2 a 3 cm de ancho), se escuchaba absolutamente todo lo que pasaba afuera. Por otro lado, el secador de pelo no funcionaba por más de 1 min o 30s prolongados, había que esperar para poder volver a hacerlo funcionar. Y por último, nos dieron unos tragos de bienvenida, entre los que se podía pedir un pisco sour, pero lo fuimos a cobrar a las 7 de tarde y a esa hora nos dijeron que el pisco sour se había acabado.
En resumen, es un hotel que cumple relativamente bien sus funciones, pero por el cual no pagaría más de 45 mil pesos.response / report this review -

Muy fácil el acceso al hotel. Personal amable. Al solicitar el arreglo de un elemento de la habitación, se arregló de inmediato. Muy cercano al centro, estacionamiento seguro.

Typical Radisson take-over of an older property, shoddingly renovated and then marketed as a Park Inn. This does not help the brand. Oddly all windows were replaced but they could paint the walls of change the filthy carpet. Building has character (unlike the rooms) including an observation tower but is overall in poor shape. Surprisingly good WiFi and breakfast lay out (especially for Chilean standards). Tiny pool. Good location.
