  Very nice location for the view over pacific ocean. Breakfast buffet good and other food also. Nice friendly services. Hotel older style but okay. Extension work ongoing.

  This hotel has the bones and location to be great but falls short. Pros:- Great view of ocean cove - you can hear the waves crashing all day. - Great staff and service - the front desk staff, servers and maids were very attentive and friendly - Food was above average and continental breakfast was a plus (eggs, processed meats, fruit salad, granola, yogurt, cheese) - Bathrooms renovated Cons: - Hotel is under renovation but needs a lot of work in terms of the interior and rooms. - Management has invested a lot of money into a fancy new reception desk, parking area, building expansion and gate but little into the areas that are currently being used by guests. - Guest rooms were run down need to be repainted, cleaned and the furniture replaced. The dining room and pool area need the same sort of attention. - Pool didn't look like it had been cleaned in weeks - Area of Quintero is rough - this is a hotel you don't want to wander out of late at night. Quintero is more of a blue collar city and not a tourist destination Conclusion: Hotel has potential to be great but needs renovation/cleaning and better direction from manangement. If you're travelling to Zapallar and have a car this place has what you need - cheap accommodation and food before you hit the road.

  Very good service, everyone very kind. Great view over the ocean. Bathroom was just renewed, other part of the hotel is a bit old but they are renovating it
