Excellent . I lost 15 kilos in one year. You have to stick to the program. My health improved a lot, my goal was not to lose weight, rather to improve my health. Everything was accomplished correctly if you stick to the schedule. I recommend it!!

Years ago I went, they work with the Genotype Diet (which is disseminated in a book that nobody buys anymore), which was fashionable about 8 years ago. The attention was very impersonal, almost mechanical. Zero professionalism, I didn't like it at all. I didn't come back, nor would I go again. I want to make a public complaint against the Smart Nutrition center and against its general director, Andrea Chicurel, for the lousy treatment received during the first two consultations of my treatment.
I did not receive the appropriate information, I did not find the necessary motivation for such a treatment, the treatment was very indifferent and the emotional part, not to mention, zero empathy with the patient when I stated that I was not comfortable with the diet and With some other issues, nobody cared about my emotional state or trying to make me feel better, they were not able to find a new method, offer me a change or see how to be more compliant. That is not important for this center. All they care about is attracting silly people like me, with a wonderful speech about how good your nutritional program is to lose weight. Unfortunately that speech is a big lie and a scam. I paid $ 155,000 for two bad consultations, a frightening treatment towards me, zero professional and empathetic, and above all, they didn't want to give me back the money, that is, I lost a lot of money for nothing.
SCAMMERS! THIEVES! They believe that money grows on trees what a stupid way to burn silver that bronzes unfortunate!
I hope that all the people who read this complaint think twice if they really want to attend there or not. There are other nutritional centers much cheaper and with a much better treatment towards the patient.

According to my experience, I did not like it at all. It is expensive and not very successful. I went for the migraines that I have, when I called they told me that there was a specialist nutritionist in headaches, which in the end was not like that at all. It is assumed that the diet they give you is based on your blood group (which they find out themselves through an exam). When I saw the nutritionist told me that it was negative ORH, (I was plop because I remembered that it had never been negative but positive). He made me a diet based on that and I followed it. My headaches worsened. I found an exam in my house that said a blood group totally different from what I had been told. For which I was following a diet nothing to do with my genotype. Plop!

Segun mi experiencia, no me gustó para nada. Es caro y poco acertado. Yo fui por las migrañas que tengo, cuando llame por teléfono me dijeron que habia una nutricionista especialista en jaquecas, cosa que al final no fue asi para nada. Se supone que la dieta que te dan la hacen en base a tu grupo sanguíneo (el cual te lo averiguan ellos mismos por medio de un examen). Cuando me vio la nutricionista (Jessica Morales) me dijo que era ORH negativo, (yo quede plop porque recordaba que nunca habia sido negativa sino positiva). Me hizo una dieta en base a eso y yo la seguí. Mis dolores de cabeza empeoraron. Encontré un examen en mi casa que decia un grupo sanguíneo totalmente distinto a lo que me habian dicho. Por lo cual rstaba siguiendo una dieta nada que ver con mi genotipo. Plop!

Mala atencion de postventa. No pude ir a la consulta previamente agendada,y la señorita que me atendio cuando informe, no me pudo dar una nueva hora.
Que tenia que ingresar al portal y pedir hora.
ha pasado un mes y medio y recien lo estoy haciendo.
Por q la atencion no es mas exoedita y amigable para el cliente?
