Room is very interesting as it is like being in a tree house but very nice. Its in the middle of the forest and there are a lot of hikes. The service is great but they speak very little english.

The hotel is beautiful! The process to book (coming from the US) was a bit difficult, but once we did book the hotel, it was great. The rooms are very nice, and the location is great! The buffet food at the hotel was also very good. And they offer a lot of nice excursions. Many of the staff don't speak English very well, however.

The rooms are incredible. Some of them have a huge, dual jacuzzi. The trails are beautiful too. The view toward a the Mocho-Choshuenco volcanoes is just mesmerizing

Mostly enjoyable stay and amazing setting and facility setting. Unfortunately the dogs living around our cabin carried on most of the night limiting our sleep. Stay in the hotel proper to avoid the noise.

Since a couple of years i was there, a stunning experience at "Montaña Mágica" , i loved their hospitality, their food, handcrafted beer, and their Sauna, an incredible overview of the Chilean forest , "Choshuenco" volcano, and "Pirehuico" lake, not cheap, but it worth it, recommended.
