How sad that by giving a respectful opinion based on their publications, they do not like it and end up blocking their clients. More above was a comment by non-public messaging. If you take the time to say that someone cannot read, at least give yourself the time to explain and be more empathetic, with that attitude you only clarify that what you did is wrong.
