Spectacular location with beautiful views, a lovely property, and excellent, attentive hosts. Carolina and Alain are friendly and helpful, and the homemade food and handmade crafts add even further to the charm. If you're going to stay in Pucon, you won't find a better place.

Es lo que ofrecen. Habitación con vista privilegiada al volcán. De todo el terreno además se puede ver el Volcán. Hermoso. Amables. Dan datos para sacar el máximo de provecho a la experiencia turística.
Desayuno sureño rico.
A nosotros nos interesaba el que tuviera piscina. Pero es pequeña, desmotiva pero es bueno considerar que tiene en caso de no querer ir a algún balneario cerca.response / report this review -

The best authentic place in Pucón.
Beautiful location between Pucón and Caburgua, quiet, clean, surrounded by nature, a big park full of trees, flowers and equipments (swimming pool, terrace, benches, hammock, pergola). The decoration is quaint, with natural materials referencing to nature and local culture. High quality beds, very comfortable, with a private bathroom. No TV in rooms (you don’t need it, the view is breathtaking), but very good Wi-Fi is available. And they serve one of the healthiest breakfast. There is a fully equipped kitchen at disposal (fridge, oven, heater, plates…). You feel like home, you settle down, and forget about the city’s rush.
How is it possible ? I traveled around the world, slept in all kinds of hotels (palaces to cheap motels), and none of them created this true experience of feeling like home. Carolina and Alain created this place, full of warmth and authentic details. They don't cheat, they live in this place, they are not employees. They want the best for their kids, themselves and their hosts. It is that simple. There are only five rooms, so everything is at a human scale.
You will also see that their involvement in sustainable development is serious, and easy to achieve actually. So, you will eat every morning a breakfast with fresh homemade products: bread, yogurt, honey, preserves, home-grown fruits, added with organic coffee and tea, with a spectacular view to the volcano. The day starts perfectly.
The couple has a great and honest knowledge of the region and gives very good advice on what to do.
One more thing, you will be happy to live here, and regret not to stay longer!response / report this review -
