We stayed here April 1-2, 2017, and had a wonderful experience. We wanted to spend time in the Andes before taking a trip to Easter Island. The drive is about two hours from the airport and we had no problems getting there. The hotel is just past the turnoff to Banos Morales. We stayed in the cabanas (refugio). The room had a beautiful view of El Morado National Park. The staff spoke English, and the restaurant was excellent. We arranged horseback and hiking tours through the hotel. The road is now paved all the way to the hotel. There are two parts: the refugio (lower-priced) and the lodge. You can't go wrong either way.

Preciosa vista, factibilidad de varios paseos y trekking, llegada pavimentada, lugar nuevo e impecable, moderno y cómodo. Como aún hay construcción hay movimiento de maquinaria o vehículos muy cerca de las cabañas, mal olor de desagüe en las cámaras cerca de las cabañas y por lo mismo falta coordinación del personal encargado. A pesar de la construcción en proceso volveré de todas maneras a disfrutar del lugar que nos encantó.
