  Call to quote sofa cleaning and ask me about everything, measurements, etc to tell me that they are not working !! why did they waste my time !!

  It starts unprofessional. They do not arrive on time, they do not answer the phone and they are liars.
  
  Coordinate work for cleaning 3 pieces plus 4 overlapping carpets.
  
  I am assigned the time for 12:00. At 12:30, they still haven't arrived and I have to call they don't answer. They write to me on whatspp that the technician had problems with the truck and will arrive in 40 minutes (later in the day I realize that this was a lie). I answer "Ok, I wait for you". Spend 1 hour . nothing! I call again, he doesn't answer. Nor is whatsapp responding. Then the technician calls me and says it will arrive in another 30 minutes. At this time it has already been 2 hours of time coordinating. The technician explains that he was doing another job and that it is not his fault since he is assigned the hours. At this point I became indignant and canceled the service since I lost confidence in them and I don't know what kind of work they would end up delivering.
