Excelente atención y asesoramiento. Estuve cerca de 2 hs en el local comprando y la atención fue en todo momento súper especializada. Seguramente el mejor lugar de venta de equipo de montaña de Santiago

Entras y ni te miran, menos saludan. Poca actitud de venta, prefieren mirar videitos en la computadora que atenderte. Algo de surtido, fui por crampones y no tenian mi nro, solo semi automaticos y chicos. Precios elevados. Alejados del centro, no lo recomiendo.

The guys at the store are helpful and know about the gear. I had to gather some stuff before heading to Patagonia, and we got fair prices for our trekking equipment. The store looks small, but they have a great selection of brands and equipment, ask the staff for help if you don't find something, they have a storage nearby where they have tents and bulky stuff.
