Unable to stay there because required 100% of first night to be paid in advance. Wonderful, considerate desk staff but administration inflexible. In effect this senior citizen was tossed to the street. Fortunately, another nearby hostal was much kinder.

Enjoyed my stay here. Nice building, close to metro. Walking distance to many places of interest. I felt safe.

Good hostel with clean rooms and reasonably good breakfast. The rooms are cleaned daily. The staff is friendly, helpful, and speaks English. The interior and entrance makes a tidy impression, and the bathrooms, even though they are clean, are in need for renovation.

One of the best hostels so far. The staff is very kind, helping out with information. Keeping the rooms clean every day, making the beds daily. Wifi was good, beds are comfortable, breakfast was good, really peaceful place, no noise from traffic, near to the metro and in the best part of Santiago. There was nothing missing. Thank you for everything. I can definitely recommend this Hostel. Rock on!

It's a good hostel, has a simple breakfast, rooms are cleaned everyday, and very close to the airport.
