The place is near by metro Bellas Artes, the prices are really affordable for 4 hours or full day, and close to the shop there is a great park where you can do mountain biking. The crew is kind and they speak English, great company, great bikes. Very satisfied

I booked a full day bike tour of Santiago with Bicicleta Verde and highly recommend this. I went for the morning and the afternoon with Patrick. He did a great job, extremely knowledgeable and very willing to answer any and all questions. Add this to your Santiago itinerary!

Parks & Politics was a great tour! I also did the bike + wine tour in Cousino Macul. I met some great people and thoroughly enjoyed riding on the streets of Santiago. Major highlight was stopping for some ice-cream - it was to die for! Do this on your first day in Santiago, you won't regret it!

I did the morning and the noon tour. I prefer the noon tour (parks and politics ). Its probably because of my personal interests. The morning tours was more markets. Clara our guide was very passionate and informative, which made my experience so much more worth it. I would definitely recommend it.

The tour was amazing! An authentic guided tour through pictographs landscapes! If it could get any better, you ride comfortable bikes in a smooth path while you talk to the guide about wine and the history about the Valle del Maipo area and wineyards. An Canadian young lady called Camila was our guide, she was very lovely and gave us precious informations about Cousiño Macul wines and the family history. She speakes English, Spanish and French and did a great job with Brazilians who poorly understood Spanish. After the bike tour we went trough the winery's historical storages, this was when we were able to smell and touch some really old equipament where this family used to make their wines in the past century. This vineyard may be located a little far from the center (30 minutes by car, or 1h by metro + bus) but it totally pays off once you see yourself in between the breathtaking cordillera skyline in one side, and the train line and the city buildings in the other. Not to mention how restored and beautiful the Cousiño Macul instalations remains. Cutting to the chase: funny, tasty, educational, historical a must go tour to all the adventurous visitors who are in Santiago and wont miss good wine and unforgettable moments.

We really enjoyed our Bike and Wine tour through the Kingston Family Vineyards. Our guide was friendly and very knowledgeable about both the history and the wine making process. My mother has some issues with her hip so she found some parts of the ride a bit difficult but the guide was very patient and gave us all a heads up about hills and more difficult sections. We really enjoyed all of the wines we tried. The only thing that could be improved with the whole tour is the condition of the bikes. They could stand to be oiled more frequently as the gears were not in great shape.

Patrick and Cristobal (sp?) were wonderful hosts. We spent a full day tour with Patrick and by the end he felt like an old friend. The tour was wonderful. I usually stay away from "tourist stuff" but a friend booked the trip and as I only have a short time in Santiago I decided to go for it. It was worth every penny. Patrick's insights into the culture, history and politics of the city was fascinating and gave me a whole new insight into this amazing place and it's people. I wouldn't so much recommend this tour as insist all visitors take it. I went from enjoying Santiago, to loving it. Thank you Pat and Chris!

I had an amazing time with La Bicicleta Verde. My tour guide, Rodrigo, was genuinely loving every second of the tour, unlike many other tours I've had in the past where they are just going through the motions. He was incredibly knowledgable about the city, and I walked away from the Parks and Politics tour with a whole new understanding of the Chilean people. I would recommend La Bicicleta Verde to anyone who wants and authentic experience of Chile.

We went on the 'parks and politics' afternoon cycle - it was brilliant. Our guide, Hector, was fantastic - he was very friendly & knowledgeable about Chilean history (which made the tour very interesting). Would highly recommend.

These people are amazing and very friendly. When we returned their bikes 45 minutes late they didn't charge us extra even though they could have. Afterwards, when I realized my cell phone had falled out of my pocket after falling off the bike they helped us go looking for it. One of their employees came along with us as we backtracked for one hour and 45 minutes until we found it. They helped us without hesitating and did so free of charge! They are incredible for voluntarily helping us like that.

This is a reason New York times has written these guys up twice in 2 years. Read their reviews on Tripadvisor or just send them an email. They are fast and understand customer service.
