  Nice hotel. Excellent view to the lake and we'll decorated. Good breakfast including naturally made yoghurt. They could be a bit more helpful with the dishes, especially with such small tablesyou basically have to clean up yourself. Wifi on the slow side. And as usual, elevator music to start your day :)

  Es un hotel con habitaciones muy cómodas. No es muy económico pero es muy bueno, con hermosas vistas al lago y con gran desayuno.

  Lugar acogedor y bien equipado, rico desayuno. Excesivamente caluroso con pocas opciones de abrigarse menos al dormir (solo 1 plumon grueso y más frazadas extra) lo que afecta tremendamente el buen dormir. El frigobar suena fuerte a ratos. No recomendable para viajes ejecutivos ya que no hay mesa ni silla adecuada para trabajar.

  They offered two beds when we made the reservation but ended up giving us only one bed. Nobody tried to solve it. Otherwise nice place.

  Excelente ubicación y hermosa vista al lago y al volcán. Habitaciones cómodas y limpias. Buen desayuno. Estacionamientos limitados.
