Great location in the middle of Santiago de Chile. The staff is high professional and pay a lot of attention to their guests. Our room had a balcony with a view on the Cerro San Christobal which was a great added value! The pool area on the roof top is the perfect way to come down after a day of visit. I definitely recommend this place!

Excellent hotel. We stayed for just one night while passing through. The hotel is located close to the main square for shopping and Bella Vista which is a cool area with trendy cafes and there are also lots of restaurants and bars. Rooms are spacious with comfortable king size beds.

We are staying at the Ismael now and are so pleased with this lovely place! It's very stylish, clean, with very friendly people concerned about our comfort and enjoyment. We're in a residential neighborhood across the street from a large park where people relax and enjoy. We're a block away from many shops and restaurants and several blocks away from museums and famous monuments.

The location is perfect. It's near the art museum (Bellas Artes - and it's free. In fact this hotel is one of its sponsors), near the marvelous LaStarria neighborhood, half a block from one of the best ice cream places in Santiago, a five minute walk from the metro, ten minute walk from the BellaVista neighborhood and Cerro St, Lucia, and right across the street from Parque Forestal. The hotel itself is very pretty - modern and very clean. There are lovely views from the 9th floor patio where there is a small pool and spots to sit. The breakfast is nice and there are snacks out all day. What sets this hotel apart from others is the welcoming, helpful hotel staff. From the moment I checked in with Diego Guevara, who did everything possible to make me comfortable (though I had gotten there very early) to the other marvelous reception staff: Lucas, Veronica, Joaquín and others, they all were cheerful, helpful and professional. The excellent service was evident with the dining room staff, as well. Eva, the chef came out every morning to make sure that the dishes were perfect, and Leonardo, Mauro, Paolo, Andrés remembered my preferences from the very first day, so I didn't even have to ask for my eggs or coffee a certain way. They made lovely conversation and made sure to tell me about things that were going on or things I should see. The best part was listening to how kindly the staff treated each other - they were friendly, respectful, and talked positively about each other. Kudos to the GM Giuseppe Barone for his leadership and attention to detail. I stayed here a week, and will recommend it to colleagues who travel to Santiago.

Clean. Breakfast in am. They make eggs if you ask. The front desk is very helpful. Rooms are sized for just right.

We are staying here atm and the service has been great alot of them speak english which is a relief when you know little spanish. Its in a great location, right next to the park and close to museums and funky streets. The food is good and there is a fun arty vibe to the place. Would definitely stay here again.
