  Chegamos em Viña del Mar às 04am. Para não ficar na rua conseguimos um quarto neste hotel, onde ficamos até às 11am. Acho que o mais importante foi: por telefone disseram que o café da manhã estava incluso, mas ao acordarmos nos disseram que não estava. No booking, o valor era de R$190, mas nos cobraram R$240, mesmo tendo passado só o pernoite. O quarto, com duas camas de solteiro, é minúsculo e não tem espaço para circulação, menos ainda para deixar alguma mala. O chuveiro também é minúsculo. Só não dei uma única estrela porque foi melhor que dormir na rodoviária.

  Sweet little hotel in a good location. Lovely church opposite with bells ringing the time. I like that tho maybe not everyone will. The best feature is the staff. So helpful and friendly. Sebastian greeted me on arrival and was just lovely. My room is light but i noticed some are dark without a main window. There are some shabby areas which need attention. A stain on my bedroom ceiling and the paintwork is chipped. But plenty of hot water and very clean - very important plus a comfortable bed. Breakfast is reasonable with bread and rolls to toast, ham and cheese as well as jam and dulce de ledge. Some fruit is also on offer. There's a nice little coffee shop which locals use.

  Friendly and proffesional staff. The good aspect about this hotel is that it's very centric. Across the street there's La Quinta Vergara. A couple of blocks away is the subway station and the centre of the city. Very strategic point. The surroundings couldn't be any safer. Local shops are at hand.

  About the cafe: A quaint little cafe just a block away from the busy plaza of Viña. Good small snacks to go with coffee.
