Excelente servicio y habitaciones pero les falta mantencion al exterior y mejor servicio de abastecimiento de comida en una cena toco una buena.carne y en otro plato un pollo con mucho aceite.

Excelente atención. Habitaciones cómodas y muy limpias. Desayuno bien completo. El lugar es muy lindo con un parque bien amplio. El personal sumamente atento. No puse las 5 estrellas porque el agua para la ducha es un poco fría.

Es un lugar absolutamente abandonado. Todo está roto. La promesa de la pileta quedó en eso. Estaba inutilizable. Sucia y no se podía usar. Las tinajas de madera estaban fuera de uso también.. una verguenza

This is a very nice little hotel on the outsskirts of Puerto Varas, I stayed three nights last week and everyone was fantastic. I would definitely stay there again. There are some minor quirks, but these are just quirks that are part of Chile and not the hotels fault. For instance (i've seen this in colombia also) they don't restock the minibar daily.look, you hooked me for two diet cokes on day one.I'm guessing I'll nibble on two more if you restock! I'd make the guests more aware of the local activities (there are TONS, you can rock climb, ski, hike (petrohue and alticura), boat, raft, and RIGHT NEXT DOOR was a golf course that i didnt even know about (not sure its even open). But, what i really mean to say is: great people, very nice hotel. I'd also do one other thing: put out Fresh local fruits: we dont get LUCUMA in the US, and we dont get the GREEN fruited Tuna either and those are awesome especially the lucuma icecream or yogurt. so, i'd take advantage of the fact that you have unique plants, spices (merken) etc.. and use the breakfast buffet as a chance to wow your guests.

Lindo, acogedor, con lo justo y necesario. Trato muy amable y cordial, el desayuno estaba muy rico y las habitaciones muy limpias y confortables, solo cabe mencionar que había un olor extraño pero no era a suciedad o algo así malo, era más como a antiguo, nada que un aromatizador no arregle, lo demás todo impecable!!

La habitación era espaciosa pero no habían enchufes o tomacoerrientes disponibles. El baño también era grande pero sin ningun mueble o repisa donde dejar los artículos de tocador.

Muy mala experiencia en el hotel. Me quedé por un día, de regreso de un agotador viaje por trabajo y tenían una fiesta que no dejó dormir a los huéspedes. Pedí cambio de habitación y me enviaron al tercer piso, donde el ruido de la carretera era aun peor que la fiesta. La habitación era mediocre, el baño sin ventana y las paredes eran inclinadas, en realidad parte del techo. Muy incómodo y ni siquiera una disculpa por todas las molestias. Desayuno continental, nada memorable.
