Expensive and exclusive. The accommodation is almost understandably expensive given the ocean views, proximity to the beach and impecable services. But even the bar prices surprised us here. If you can afford the stay, Alaia will not disappoint.

The place has an on-site skate park and small bouldering wall, as well as a partner surf school and wood-fire-powered hot tubs. The facilities are what you expect at this price and this is the only luxury option for a stay in Punta de Lobos at the time of writing.

Linda vista al mar ; arquitectura de acuerdo al lugar; decoración limpia, sencilla. Restaurant bueno pero CARO. Igual los tragos.
No puedo opinar de la parte hotelera. Muy buena atención.

Stopped here for lunch and a few drinks.. Super location and amazing view but appalling service. The staff were friendly but they were so disorganised, no one was managing them or showing any sort of leadership. We had to ask for everything once or twice- menus, drink refills, food etc. Actually we went to the bar and got our own menus because the menus never came. The first round of drinks and entrees took so long that we didn’t stay for mains. Also the food was average. What was even more annoying was when other guests arrived , they were promptly given bread and pebre with their first drinks (standard practice in Chilean restaurants). Super disappointed.
I’d recommend the place over the road with the Pepsi flags.

Muy lindo hotel. Fui a almorzar y la atención y su terraza son estupendas. La vista hacia Punta de Lobos donde se practica surf, es espectacular. Muy recomendable.
